We are currently looking for an admin assistant for our client in Lloydminster. This company is rapidly growing, has a solid reputation, a strong community presence that takes pride in their employees through trust and respect. This position will tentatively start May 26, 2023.

Core Responsibilities
- This position would be shared between two companies
- Answering phones
- Ordering fuel cards
- Completing work orders with inventoried parts
- Entering payables, fuel invoices, parts, etc.
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, decision making, and facilitation skills
- Highly motivated, outstanding positive attitude and desire to grow job responsibility
- Flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities
- Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships
- Related post-secondary education or diploma
