We are searching for a skilled auto body technician to add to our team. Your primary job in this role will be to work on the exteriors of our clients’ vehicles. This will involve repairing, replacing, and upgrading a variety of vehicle parts. You will also spend time refinishing vehicles and preparing them to be painted. This will involve sanding cars, ordering necessary supplies from the paint department, and ensuring that the body of the vehicle is ready to take on a new coat of paint.
Target Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Permanent Full time
Wage Range: Starting at $20 – $42/hr with Journeyman status
Currently offering a $3000 signing bonus.
Location: Paradise Hill
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hr/week Vacation: 3 weeks
Qualifications
- Apprentice / Journeyman Status – willing to apprentice
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Previous experience as an auto body technician is an asset
- Ability to utilize a wide variety of car maintenance and repair tools
- Basic technological and mathematical proficiency
- Excellent team player and capable of demonstrating professionalism in the workplace
- Ability to follow all workplace safety requirements
