Our client is recruiting a human resource administrator for their Lloydminster team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a not-for-profit, community-based organization offering health-related services within a friendly & diverse work environment.
- Employment type: Full-time permanent.
- Wage range: $25 – $26.80/hr – depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years Human Resource Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management required.
- CPHR designation (or in progress) is an asset.
- Certification with the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) is an asset.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll systems would be considered an asset.
- Must have a broad understanding of the provincial employment standards and human rights legislation.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector checks.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering & managing employee information.
- Advertising new job postings and providing human resources support.
- Full-cycle recruitments including: advertising, screening, & leading the interview process.
- Preparing new-hire packages including: Employment contracts, overtime agreements & enclosures.
- Maintaining documentation and contracts related to staff training.
- Conducting training on workplace standards, Policies, and best practices.
- Collaborating with & providing advice and support to managers / supervisors.
- Ensuring workplace compliancy with human rights, employment laws, and occ. health & safety standards.
- Assisting in the investigation and reporting of accidents/incidents.
- Conducting employee exit interviews / terminations.
- Group benefit and RRSP administration.
