Our client provides stable, high-speed Internet connecting residential, agriculture and commercial clients to a robust infrastructure. This is a rapidly growing company and prides themselves in providing top notch services, so they are in the need of Help Desk Technicians.
- Target Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Lloydminster, SK
- Position: Permanent Full-Time positions, 2 at entry level and 1 at Tier 2/3 (min 3-5 yrs technical experience)
- Pay Rate: $18 – $22/hr to start
- Hours/Schedule: 8 hr regular/week, Monday – Friday (end/start time – flexible, rotation coverage to 8 pm)

Core Responsibilities
- Answer client calls with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor; directing calls as necessary
- Provide technical support for client’s radios, routers and internet quality
- Troubleshoot client’s issue(s) and apply applicable remedy
- Use various hand tools and small power tools to assist in assembling radios ready for deployment
- Program and perform maintenance on telecommunication equipment
- Miscellaneous office tasks
Qualifications
- MUST have basic computer literacy
- Experience with routers and a history of troubleshooting is an asset but not required
- Strong customer service-based attitude & problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with time management skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Clear criminal background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
