Office Manager Opportunity

Our client is a long-standing contributor to the community of Lloydminster and is in search of a self-motivated dedicated Office Manager.  The successful individual will be highly skilled and goes above and beyond providing leadership by focusing on productivity through motivation, teamwork, and communication. 

Responsibilities / Skills:

  • Oversee the main office and communicate with staff, celebrate successes, mitigate matters
  • New-hire onboarding/orientations
  • Knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals
  • Sage accounting knowledge is an asset – training is available  
  • Ceridian payroll system (bi-weekly) is an asset – training is available
  • Remittance of PST and GST, WCB reporting, Group benefits, reconciliation of accounts, managing company fuel cards
  • Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management, quick learner, multi-tasker, superior organization skills, and excellent attention to detail

Compensation:

  • Full-Time Permanent position, 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • $36 – $40/hr depending on education and experience
  • Overtime available when needed
  • Excellent benefit package
