Our client is a long-standing contributor to the community of Lloydminster and is in search of a self-motivated dedicated Office Manager. The successful individual will be highly skilled and goes above and beyond providing leadership by focusing on productivity through motivation, teamwork, and communication.
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Oversee the main office and communicate with staff, celebrate successes, mitigate matters
- New-hire onboarding/orientations
- Knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals
- Sage accounting knowledge is an asset – training is available
- Ceridian payroll system (bi-weekly) is an asset – training is available
- Remittance of PST and GST, WCB reporting, Group benefits, reconciliation of accounts, managing company fuel cards
- Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft programs
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management, quick learner, multi-tasker, superior organization skills, and excellent attention to detail
Compensation:
- Full-Time Permanent position, 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- $36 – $40/hr depending on education and experience
- Overtime available when needed
