Project Manager

The Project Managers are responsible for scheduling and preparing all projects for dispatch. This position, at the Lloydminster branch, will work with and report directly to the Project Management Team. This is a fast-paced environment with high volume of projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Entering orders and estimates
  • Track freight shipments and revise schedules to accommodate delays
  • Follow up on site readiness and schedule dates with site contacts
  • Secure road and street closure permits
  • Prepare dispatch packages
  • Maintain updated notes and dates for all active projects in shared calendar and QuickBooks reports
  • Coordinate changes in schedule with dispatcher
  • Report with VP Operations, Dispatch, Crew members & other Senior Project Managers as required or requested
  • Participate in weekly schedule meeting


  • Valid Driver’s License and able to work in Canada
  • Basic knowledge of construction and electrical systems or 3 – 5 years prior sign industry experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, shared calendar, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Smartsheets
  • Professional phone communication skills articulating details clearly
  • Confidence and desire to ask questions and seek answers
  • Excellent organizational skills with advanced multi-tasking abilities/skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
