Temporary Office Admin

Our client requires an individual for a 4-month temporary admin position, with potential for extension.

  • Starting: ASAP
  • Wage: $21 – $23 depending on experience
  • Days / Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Description:

  • Enter service tickets into Oracle to create invoices
  • Generate, distribute, and follow up on AR invoices
  • Process credit card payments
  • Submit customer and vendor updates in SharePoint
  • Track all service in the Service Database
  • Work with Salesforce for product tracking and reporting
  • Create and distribute Purchase Orders
  • Distribute and follow up on AP invoices
  • Follow up on PO’s / AP invoices and receiving issues as necessary
  • Maintain telephone and email contact with various customers regarding pricing and invoices
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet and direct visitors

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills with Oracle, Microsoft office, SharePoint experience being an asset
  • Innate ability to learn quickly and multi-task
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail and organized
